Book illustrations

These are some book layout illustrations I made for the short story "Elswyth." The story appears in Thrilling Stories from the Past for Girls, published by Odhams Books in 1970.

The Gift of Claudius

I illustrated another short story from the same book “Thrilling stories from the past for girls”. This short story, although it has some dark themes it also has an uplifting ending about love triumphing and finding a way through difficult circumstances. I wanted the art to reflect that hope and strength that loves gives you.
